Fitzpatrick has not had his best year on the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, but the Englishman will be looking to finish with a bang at the DP World Tour Playoffs next month.
Having previously won the DP World Tour Championship twice before in his career in 2016 and 2020, Fitzpatrick will no doubt be confident of landing th hat-trick in Dubai.
Fitzpatrick started the year inside the top 10 in the world rankings but his lacklustre form in 2024 has seen him slide to a current 32nd.
He has had just two top-10 finishes in 2024.
Those were both fifth-place finishes at the Memorial Tournament and The Players Championship.
The 2022 US Open champion will be eager to improve his form in 2025, especially heading into a Ryder Cup season.
