He finally sold it six months later for $3.1 million. Justin Thomas’ former home consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has a swimming pool, several living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, a three-car garage, and other amenities.
The property occupies 5,500 square feet. Thomas had purchased this home in 2014, just a year after joining the PGA Tour.

Thomas has had an 11-year career in professional golf, with 17 victories, 15 of them on the PGA Tour, including two majors. Earnings from his sports results have exceeded $58 million, not counting his sponsorship income. Outside the courses, Thomas has initiated several investment projects.
He is currently co-owner of Leeds United, an English soccer team currently playing in the English Football League Championship (second division). He is also developing a golf course design project in collaboration with Jack Nicklaus.
