He’s often using social media both for professional stuff and just, you know, regular life updates.
This time, it was a post dedicated to his fiancée, Anna Cladakis.
It was on his Instagram story where he shared a photo of the two of them. He went on to mention her contributions to a charity event. He wrote something really nice, actually.
He said,
“To my amazing fiancé thank you for your unwavering hard work & generous heart that made our charity event this week such a huge success!
Your dedication and compassion are truly inspiring!”
That’s pretty lovely, right? Now there’s a bit more to the story, unfortunately. Daly’s ex-wife, Sherrie Miller, also his fourth, well wife actually, ended up suing Cladakis. The claim? Basically, she said Anna was the reason their marriage ended.
They’d been married since 2001, separated in 2007 and then, after that, Miller went after Cladakis for uh unspecified damages.Things got a little complicated then Apparently, according to Miller, Daly and Cladakis got involved before the divorce was finalized, back in 2010.
This led to Miller taking the case to the Mississippi Supreme Court, as alienation of affection is something they take seriously. However here’s where things get tricky. Miller had to prove that the whole, um, infidelity, took place in Mississippi.
Both Cladakis and Daly claimed they weren’t living there at the time. Therefore and the Mississippi court basically threw the case out. It didn’t have jurisdiction.
