Tommy Fleetwood’s search for his first PGA Tour victory continues after another agonizing close call at the Travelers Championship. The Englishman, widely admired for his consistency and sportsmanship, suffered a painful collapse on Sunday, turning a promising position into yet another second-place finish.
Fleetwood held a share of the lead during the final round but faltered under pressure in the closing holes. Speaking after the round, Fleetwood didn’t hide his disappointment.

“The worst thing I can do is let this become a hindrance going forward,” he said. “I just want to be back in this position as soon as possible and make it right next time. You can’t turn these moments into negatives. They’re part of the journey.”
